Services Offered
So, What Services Do I Offer?
So at the core, I help businesses communicate clearly in writing. That covers a lot of ground though, so let me break it down properly.
-
Website content writing. Blogs, articles, long-form guides, the stuff that builds trust over time and brings people to your site through search.
-
Copywriting. Landing pages, ads, email sequences, writing that is specifically designed to get someone to take action.
-
SEO content. I use SurferSEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console, so I am not just writing and hoping for the best. I look at what people are actually searching for and make sure the content shows up for those searches.
-
Product content and buyer's guides. I did a lot of this at Market.com, full buyer's guides, scoring systems, head-to-head comparisons across consumer product categories.
-
Technical white papers and advertorials.
-
Outreach and interview-style content for link building.
-
Social media content.
-
And AI training and annotation work. I spent time at RWS evaluating AI outputs, flagging bad responses, checking annotations. Pretty detailed work but honestly I enjoyed it.
So yeah, quite a range. The common thread across all of it is that the writing has to actually work, whether that means ranking, converting, or just communicating something clearly to the right person.
Why Hire Me?
Honestly the simplest answer is track record. Over five years across a pretty wide range of industries, SaaS, crypto, wellness, e-commerce, B2B tech, furniture, you name it. That kind of variety forces you to adapt fast, pick up new subject matter quickly, and match different brand voices without losing the quality of the writing.
But beyond the experience, a few things I genuinely think matter:
- I research a lot before I write. And I mean properly research. I love that part of the process actually. I would not just go for the surface level blog information because honestly most of that is AI generated slop with unverified claims at this point. So I go further. Forums, YouTube, niche communities, wherever people are actually talking about the topic in real terms. I want to know what people genuinely feel about something, not just what the top ten Google results say about it.
- I balance SEO and readability. A lot of writers optimize for search engines and forget there is a human reading it on the other end. Both need to be served because one without the other does not really hold up.
- I have worked across the full content spectrum, from short punchy ad copy all the way to five thousand word buyer's guides. That range means I understand what format actually serves what purpose.
My Rates
For most written content I work on a per word basis, somewhere between $0.10 and $0.20 a word depending on the project. So a 1,000 word article sits roughly between $100 and $200, give or take.
For projects where per word does not really make sense, something more strategic or research heavy, I shift to an hourly rate which runs between $25 and $65 an hour. That number moves depending on a few things, how deep the research goes, how long the project runs, how much customization is involved, and how frequently content needs to go out.
Honestly I think the rates are fair for what you are getting. Five years of experience, proper research, SEO backing, the whole thing.
